“Where In The World Is Frank Sparrow?” Is the tragic and mysterious story of a young boy, born out of the black earth in a cold, dark and dank field one eve who was discovered by a jogger and adopted by a childless couple. Doctors were under the belief that Frank wouldn’t live beyond his teenage years and so must be condemned to a menial existence. However one day after having a conversation with a dead rat in biology class, he meets the girl of his dreams, Kira Kelly, who too, like Frank, longs to be free of the oppressive, crime ridden, urban sprawl that is Stab City.
