CONDA Submission Form

For your production/s to be considered by the judges for the  CONDA awards program, companies should complete our online form submisson. The process involves a few simple steps:

STEP 1: Register as a member of CONDA (or login if you already have a membership) 

STEP 2: Check your email for the "Confirm your email address" email.

STEP 3: Read the CONDA Terms and Conditions of Eligibility

STEP 4:  Complete the Submit a Show for Judging form. Complete the form and pay the Production Eligibility Fee.

Please note that once you are a registered member of CONDA you can skip Step 1 and 2.

Outstanding Achievement Category

DO NOT complete a Submission Form for the category of Outstanding Achievement
