Established in 1979 to recognise excellence in theatrical productions, today the CONDAs, affectionately known as ‘Theatre Christmas’, are held every December to pay homage to the shows held throughout the region in the preceding 12 months.The awards run from 1 November through to 31 October and currently reward outstanding achievement by an individual or a collective in a total of 22 categories.
