About the Show

Appleton is a tidy town in NSW renowned for its potato growing annual show, where the Appleton potato race offers a first prize for men of $1000 and for the ladies only $200. It is a story about upsetting the potato cart and standing up for what is right. This new Australian comedy features a cast of 5 women and is a funny, honest and heart-warming story that explores many of today's issues through a comic lens.
