About the Show

Australian musical Ladies In Black, featuring music and lyrics by Tim Finn, takes us back to the 1950's and into the heart of women's fashion. At Goodes, Sydney's premiere department store, bookworm Lisa comes on board as a temp and is drawn into the world of the Ladies In Black - with all its humour, its drama and its secrets. With a book by Carolyn Burns, and adapted from the novel The Women in Black by Madeleine St John, the Novocastrian Players are excited to be bringing a uniquely Australian tale to the stage at Adamstown's Theatre on Brunker.
