About the Show

This Christmas season, the Grainery Church presents ‘Good King Wenceslas’, an original musical based on the story of the much loved Christmas carol.

The story tells of the sainted king who treks into the snow with his fool by his side, to find and rescue a starving peasant.

The Grainery Church are renowned for their award-winning, life-giving Christmas productions showcasing a cast of local singers, dancers, actors and musicians.

Good King Wenceslas features a brand new script written by local playwright Theo Rule, and a musical score written by local song writers, Barnes, Connett and Wright.

Good King Wenceslas is a family-friendly entertainment experience that will dazzle audiences and serve as a festive celebration of what matters most in life.

Running time 90mins no interval

Masks are mandatory for all persons 12 years and over.
All patrons must hold a valid ticket. Under 24 months require a Babes In Arms ticket.
