About the Show

The 70th annual Newcastle & Hunter Combined Schools ANZAC Service is a free educational event for public, Catholic and independent school students across the region. The 2026 event theme is "Lest We Forget- Carrying the Flame of Remembrance". This documentary theatre performance is supported by the Hunter Singers, Hunter Wind Ensemble and the ASPIRE drama ensemble.
