About the Show

Hunter School of the Performing Arts' Senior Drama Production of A Monster Calls is a moving and visually arresting stage production of the beloved novel by Patrick Ness. The play tells the story of a young boy who is visited by a mysterious monster as he grapples with his mother's terminal illness, bullying and the unspoken truths of grief.
