Production Feedback Trial 2021

The 2021 CONDA Committee is implementing an optional production feedback trial for producers.

The purpose of CONDA feedback is to support your organisation to be the best that it can be and promote a growth mindset, whereby everyone in the industry is always seeking to improve their work and provide paying audiences with the best quality theatre experience. 

Feedback should be accepted in the spirit of good intention and respect for the five CONDA judges who volunteer several hours each week to the CONDA awards program. The CONDA judges are not permitted to elaborate any further on the feedback provided in the feedback document. Please remember that judgement is subjective, your work is valuable and the CONDA judges do not have time to list all of the things they loved about your production. Please read this feedback and take onboard the suggestions that resonate most with you and continue your theatre making. 

Feedback is provided via email to the producers only and is not to be used for promotional purposes. Positive feedback does not ensure a CONDA Award nomination.

Producers wishing to participate in the feedback trial should indicate their preference on their judging submission form (nomination form).
